摘要
管理措施的风险评价是提高核电的安全、经济性能的重要环节。介绍了Matlab遗传算法的基本原理、工具箱及其基本流程。通过将核电的各种运行风险与相应的管理措施相联系,利用现有的概率风险分析(PSA)技术获得各种概率评价,进而运用遗传算法进行优化评价,最终得到针对风险的总收益的最大值以及相应的优化的管理方案。
The risk assessment of management measures is essential to improve the nuclear power safety and economic performance.This paper profiles Matlab genetic algorithm: the fundamental principles,toolbox,and basic workflow.Through linking a series of nuclear power operation risks and their countermeasures,firstly get various probability evaluations using the existing PSA technologies;then optimize the evaluations by means of genetic algorithm.Finally,the maximum total revenue against risks is calculated,and the corresponding optimized management proposal is obtained as well.
