不同因素对侧方颌位咀嚼效能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较不同因素对侧方颌位咀嚼效能的影响。方法:通过问卷调查与体格检查进行随机调研,利用722型分光光度计对咀嚼效能定量分析。结果:侧方颌位(P=0.8107)、性别(P=0.7342)、偏侧咀嚼(P=0.4466,P=0.4005,P=0.1554)、颞下颌关节紊乱病早期(P=0.811)均对咀嚼效能无显著性影响。结论:临床工作中则不刻意进行牙合型的修改。为需测定咀嚼效能的实验筛选研究对象提供参考。 Objective: To investigate the effect of different factors to masticatory efficiency of lateral occlusion.Methods: Random survey was performed through questionnaires and physical examination.And quantitative analysis on masticatory efficiency was measured using 722 spectrophotometer.Results: The manner of lateral occlusion(P = 0.8107),sex(P = 0.7342),mastication manner(P = 0.4466,P = 0.4005,P = 0.1554),TMD in early stage(P = 0.811) had no significant influence on masticatory efficiency.Conclusions: It is unnecessary to modify the manner of lateral occlusion intentionally in clinical treatment.The present study provided a reference for experiences related to masticatory efficiency.
