摘要
目的:探讨提高基础护理质量对癌症患者的影响。方法:回顾性分析本院2009年2月～2010年5月在行食管癌根治术60例患者的临床资料,对接受化疗的癌症患者进行支持性心理治疗、健康教育放松训练、有效应对方式、家庭及社会支持等系统护理干预,并观察护理干预结果。结果:本组60例癌症患者经6个月的护理干预,心身症状明显改善。结论:提高基础护理质量显著提高癌症患者化疗期生活质量,缓解患者焦虚抑郁水平。
Objective： To explore the influence of improving the quality of nursing of cancerous person. Methods： The clinical data of sixty cases of patients with esophageal cancer in our hospital from February 2009 to May 2010 who were treated with radical resection were retrospective analyzed, the cancerous person undergoing chemotherapy were treated with supportive psychotherapy, health education relax training, effective way to deal with the family and social support, and other systems of nursing intervention, and the nursing interventions were observes. Results： Sixty cases of the patients with cancer after 6 months of nursing intervention, psychosomatic symptoms improved significantly. Conclusion： Improving the quality of basic nursing of gynecological cancer patients in chemotherapy period can significantly improve the quality of life, relieve patient coke virtual depression levels.
