摘要
研究生教育质量指数既是一个概念,也是一种方法。研究生教育质量指数是指反映不同时间或空间条件下研究生教育质量变动方向和变动程度的相对数。研究生教育质量指数可以分为个体指数、组指数和总指数指标,其选取原则为:泛学科色彩、全面与重点相统一以及突出监测性和预警性指标。选取生师比、生均科研经费、资产总额三项指标,编制了"985工程"一期29所教育部直属高校的研究生教育质量总指数,并利用3σ方法进行警情分析。这项工作对于保障我国研究生教育的稳步发展,提高研究生教育质量具有重要意义。
Graduate Education Quality Index (GEQI) is not only a concept, but also a kind of method. It means the relatives reflecting the changing direction and degree of the quality of postgraduate education under the conditions of different time or space. GEQI can be divided into individual index, group index and general index. The selecting principles of the index are the extensive subject tendency, the unification of entity and emphasis, and highlighting monitoring and early warning index. The three indexes of proportion of student and teacher, scientific research fund per student, and general assets are selected to draw up the general index of graduate education quality in 29 universities directly under the administration of the Ministry of Education in the first phase of Project 985, and carry out the alert-situation analysis by 3Q method. This work is of great significance for the guarantee of the stable development of our postgraduate education to improve the quality of postgraduate education.
