摘要
安全阀作为工业承压系统的重要安全部件,其作用在于保障生产系统超压安全,减少爆炸性事故的发生,所以对安全阀超压泄放瞬态动力学机理研究显得尤为重要。本文结合ANSYS CFX动网格技术和CEL编译语言创建了安全阀瞬态动力学方程,将开启部件的位移与动网格关联,采用数值模拟的方法初步分析了安全阀开启瞬态动力学问题,分析和讨论了开启瞬态流场的变化,以及相关瞬态参数在典型路径上的变化与瞬态开启过程的关系。研究表明应用AN-SYS CFX动网格技术研究安全阀泄放机理是可行的。
Industrial safety valve is an important safety system component, which aims at preventing the system from over pressure and reducing further risk. Therefore,. it is worth of work to study safety valve overpressure discharge dynamics mechanism. The paper is based on ANSYS CFX Dynamic Mesh techniques and CEL language to establish a safety valve dynamic equation con- cerning with the displacement of the valve disc. It has a preliminary access to solve the transient opening dynamic problem of safety valve. The relationship between transient parameter change attached to special path and opening process is acquired. It is shown by research that ANSYS CFX Dynamic Mesh techniques is feasible, it can be well applied to study the safety valve discharge mechanism
