摘要
分析了压缩空气从压缩到输送过程的能量消耗损失,得出压缩过程损失约占总耗能的44%,卸载损失约占9%、降压使用损失约占3%,此外,泄露损失、无热再生干燥损失、管路输送损失以及环境温降损失都有不同程度的比例。针对以上各类损失,本文从设备选型、系统管路设计与安装以及优化运行3个方面提出了一系列节约能源、降低消耗的措施及改进方法,对提高能源利用效率、降低消耗有一定参考意义。
Energy lose of the compressed air system in compressing stage and transporting stage is analyzed,to definite and discriminate the whole process energy lose, air compressed energy lose, motor unloading energy lose and pressure degrading energy lose of the percentage are calculated with the GA series screw compressor as example, furthermore, the air transporting system en- ergy lose caused by leakage, emission of regenerated dryer, pressure drop in piping line and temperature ~lrop of the compressed air are also analyzed. To reduce the energy lose above, some measurements such as optimization equipment comfiguration,optimization piping design, system installation quality control and optimization operation perimeter are raised, these can be references for improving the energy utilization rate.
