急诊手术治疗闭合跟骨骨折术后切口并发症的分析

摘要 目的探讨急诊手术治疗跟骨关节内骨折的适应证选择及术后处理要点。方法回顾性分析23例行急诊手术切开复位治疗的跟骨关节内骨折患者资料。结果 23例(29足)患者中4足出现切口并发症,发生率为14%。切口裂开1足,水疱产生1足,伤口愈合不良、切口拐角皮瓣小范围坏死2足,经换药伤口愈合,无皮瓣感染发生,无需进一步行皮瓣修复病例。结论急诊手术治疗跟骨骨折需严格把握适应证,选择受伤时间(<8 h),避免二次使用止血带并控制手术时间<120 min。规范的术后处理可减少术后切口并发症的发生。
