摘要
目的探讨人工晶状体眼的彩色多普勒声像图的临床特征。方法随机抽样对白内障摘出人工晶状体植入36例（39眼）后，散瞳眼底检查证实玻璃体内无病理改变者，用GE LOGIQ5彩色多普勒仪，由指定的技师采用轴位扫描法进行探查。结果人工晶状体眼的彩色多普勒声像图显示：眼内可见人工晶状体强回声光带，且紧随人工晶状体声像图后均有尾随声像，玻璃体腔无回声区内可见不规则的强度减弱的异常光团。结论人工晶状体是一形状规则、界面整齐的眼内异物，在超声波声束内会产生反射性尾随回声。应与眼球内的其他病理改变相区别。
Objective To evaluate the clinial features of color Doppler sonography of psendophakic eye. Methods Random sample of 36 patients （39 eyes） for cataract surgery plus intraocular lens implanta- tion, by dilated fundus examination to confirmed the vitreous body with no pathological change, were exam- ined with GE LOGIQ 5 color Doppler, by a designated technician uses axial scanning method for exploration. Results The color Doppler sonogram of pseudophakis eye showed the hyperechoic band of existed in the eye, and trailing sonographic artifacts in the back, the irregular weakened abnormal light clumps was visible in the echo-free area of vitreouscavity. Conclusion IOL is a intraocular foreign body with, regular shape, neat interface, within the ultrasonic beam will have a reflex trailing echo, and should be distinguished from other pathological changes.
