摘要
目的观察骶管注药术后患者侧卧位对其疗效的影响。方法 69例下腰痛合并下肢放射痛患者交替随机分为两组。两组患者都接受骶管注药治疗,治疗组:34例,骶管注药后采用侧卧位;对照组:35例,骶管注药后采用仰卧位。所有患者注射前、注射后6周接受VPS和ODI评分。结果两组患者都有不同程度的改善,治疗组的VPS改善程度优于对照组(P=0.00007),但两组的ODI改善差异无统计学意义(P=0.14)。结论骶管注药后患者向患侧侧卧位更能缓解疼痛,应用于骶管注药术中可帮助获得更好的临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of the lateral decubitus position on the clinical efficacy of caudal epidural injection. Methods Sixty-nine patients with low back pain complicated with radicular leg pain were randomly allocated into two groups. Patients in the study （n=34） placed in the lateral decubitus position after caudal epidural injection for, while those in the control group （n=35） laid supine after injection. Patients were assessed for the Verbal Pain Score （VPS） and the Oswestry Disability Index （ODI） before injection and 6 months after injection. Results The VPS and ODI in the both groups demonstrated improvement after injection. The degree of improvement in VPS was significantly greater in the study group than the control group （P=0.000 07）, while the degree of improvement in ODI showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups （P=0.14）. Conclusion Laying a patient on the side of their leg pain after caudal epidural injection has a beneficial effect on pain relief.
