摘要
目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metalloprotelnase-2,MMP-2)在胃癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤浸润、腹膜转移之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测82例胃癌组织中MMP-2的表达水平,并结合临床病理参数进行综合分析。结果 MMP-2在胃癌组织中呈高表达,与癌组织的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床病理分期及胃癌腹膜扩散具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2在胃癌的表达反应了肿瘤的生物学行为,MMP-2高表达促进肿瘤转移,对胃癌的预后判定有一定意义。
To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2（MMP-2） in tissues of gastric carcinoma and its correlation with the invasion and peritoneal dissemination of gastric carcinoma. Immunohistochemistry was used to examine and analyze the expression of MMP-2 in 82 specimens of gastric carcinoma tissues. MMP-2 showed high expression in gastric carcinoma tissues.The expression of MMP-2 was closely related to the depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and peritoneal dissemination of gastric carcinoma（P 0.05）. The expression of MMP-2 reflects the biological behavior of tumor.The high expression of MMP-2 can promote tumor metastasis,which has certain significance in the prognosis of gastric cancer
