摘要
人力资源管理专业具有较强的实践性,实验教学是一个必不可少的教学环节。然而,目前高校人力资源管理实验教学存在一些不足之处。根据人力资源管理的专业特点,从实验室条件、实验教学模式、结果评价体系三个方面探讨人力资源管理专业实验教学体系的构建。
Human resource management is a practical major,experimental teaching is an essential link of human resource management.However,the experimental teaching of human resource management is still has some problems.According to the characteristics of human resource management major,we can construct the experimental teaching system of human resource management in three aspects.
