摘要
以目前日益增多的高层住宅为例,针对高层建筑中经常出现的外墙墙体进水,渗水问题进行了探讨与研究,提出了合理可行的预防与解决措施,以完善建筑施工质量,提高高层建筑的使用年限。
Taking current growing high-rise building as an example,the paper explores and researches the common inflow of the external walls,and the leakage problem in the high-rise buildings,and points out the feasible and reasonable prevention and solutions,so as to improve the construction quality and to enhance the service duration of the high-rise buildings.
