摘要
目的:观察654-2与葛根素(puerarin)联合应用对糖尿病肾病(DN)尿微量白蛋白的临床疗效。方法:住院糖尿病肾病患者175例,随机分为治疗组(88例)和对照组(87例),两组均用西医常规处理,治疗组同时加用654-2与葛根素,疗程3周,并分别测定两组治疗前后24小时尿白蛋白排出量(UAE)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(P2BG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)。结果:治疗组治疗后UAE有明显改善(p<0.01),且优于对照组(p<0.01)。结论:654-2与葛根素联合应用对糖尿病肾病尿微量白蛋白的治疗有较好的疗效。
Objective：To observe the effects of the combination of 654 -2 and puerarin on urinary micro-albumin （UMA） in patients with diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods：One-hundred and seventy five in-patients with DN were randomly divided into a research group （88 cases） and a control group （87 cases）, The former was given western conventional treatment, as well as 654 -2 and Puera- tin; the latter was just given western conventional treatment. Both groups were treated for three weeks. The UAE,FBG,P2BG,HbA1 c before and after treatment in the two groups were determined. Results： The UAE in the research group improved significantly after treatment （p 〈 0. 01 ） ,and was better than in the control group （p 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： The combination of 654 - 2 and Puerarin is effective in treating urinary micro-albumin in patients with DN.
