摘要
目的分析糖尿病患者合并肺结核的X线及CT表现,以提高对糖尿病合并肺结核影像学诊断水平。方法回顾性分析45例糖尿病合并肺结核患者的胸部平片及CT表现,45例均行胸片检查,其中30例同时进行CT检查。结果 45例糖尿病肺结核中,36例主要表现为大片状实变影(80.0%,36/45),9例主要表现为多发小结节及树芽征(20.0%,9/45);38例出现空洞(84.0%,38/45),其中空洞大3cm者31例,多发空洞者20例。结论糖尿病合并肺结核的影像表现具有一定特点,表现为大片状实变影及较多较大空洞者比例较多。
Objective To improve the recognization of X-ray and CT findings of pulmonary tuberculosis in diabetes.Methods X-ray and CT data of 45 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis in diabetes were analyzed retrospectively.All 45 cases were underwent chest X-ray examination,and chest CT examination were performed to 30 cases.Results Out of 45 cases,36 cases with lobar consolidation（80.0%,36/45）;9 cases with multiple small nodules and tree-in-bud（20.0%,9/45）;38 cases with cavity（84.0%,38/45）,and the cavity larger than 3cm appeared in 31 cases,multi-cavitation appeared in 20 cases.Conclusion The imaging manifestations of pulmonary tuberculosis in diabetes have certain characteristics,and more cases show lobar consolidation and multi-cavitation.
