摘要
公共服务的质量评价改进是公共服务发展以及服务型政府建设研究的一个重要主题,国外的研究已取得长足的进步,国内的研究则刚刚兴起。本文对国内外公共服务质量评价与改进的研究进展及其所涉及的研究内容做出评述,以期国内学界对这一主题予以更多的关注。
The evaluation and improvement of public service quality is an important topic in the development of public service and service-oriented government construction.Foreign researches have made considerable progress,but the domestic researches are just emerging.In order to make Chinese scholars pay more attention to this subject,the article reviews the research progresses and contents of both foreign and domestic evaluation and improvement of the quality of public services.
