摘要
目的:探究以虎杖替代大黄配伍黄芩和黄连组成虎杖泄心汤后蒽醌类成分的含量情况。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Welchrom-C1(8250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%磷酸(85∶15),检测波长为440nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温为30℃。结果:5种蒽醌类成分进样量的线性范围分别为大黄酸0.00746~0.11190μg、芦荟大黄素0.00788~0.11820μg、大黄素0.02512~0.37680μg、大黄酚0.00772~0.11580μg、大黄素甲醚0.00406~0.06090μg,r均>0.9990。虎杖泄心汤中大黄素含量较高,大黄酸煎出率低。结论:本试验结果可为虎杖的进一步研究提供依据。
OBJECTIVE : To explore the content of anthraquinones in Huzhang xiexin decoction after Polygonum cuspidatum instead of Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei is combined with Scutellaria baicalensis and Rhizoma Coptidis. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. Welchrom-C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used with mobile phase composed of methanol-1% phosphoric acid (85: 15) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. Detection wavelength was set at 440 nm and column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS: The linear range of 5 anthraquinones was 0.007 46-0.111 90 μg for rhein, 0.007 88-0.118 20 μg for aloe-emodin, 0.025 12- 0.376 80 pg for emodin, 0.007 72-0.115 80 μg for chrysophanol and 0.004 06-0.060 90 μg for physcion (r〉0.999 0). The content of emodin in Huzhang xiexin decoction was higher, while the decoction rate of rhein was low. CONCLUSION: The study can provide reference for further study of P cuspidatum.
