中国知识产权保护对高技术产业竞争力影响的实证研究被引量：35

An Empirical Research on the Impact of China's Intellectual Property Protection on Competitiveness of Chinese High-tech Industry

摘要根据改进过的GP指标测算我国知识产权保护强度结果显示,我国知识产权保护水平逐年增强。以RCA指数衡量的我国高技术产业竞争力基本呈上升趋势。对知识产权保护与高技术产业竞争力关系的实证研究结果表明:知识产权保护强度与高技术产业竞争力之间具有显著的正向关系,政府的支持力度、R&D经费强度和专利密度与高技术产业竞争力也呈正向关系,而R&D人力强度与高技术产业竞争力呈负向关系。文章最后提出了以知识产权保护提升高技术产业竞争力的政策建议。 According to the modified GP index to estimate China＇s strength of intellectual property protection ,the result shows that the level of intellectual property protection in our country has increased year by year. The competitiveness of high - tech industry measured with the RCA index is rising basically. There is a empirical research of the relationship between intellectual property protection and high- tech industrial competitiveness. The results show that strengthen in- tellectual property protection is positive to our country＇s high - tech industry competitiveness. In addition, the govern- ment,s support, the research and development expenditure intensity and patent density is still helpful to our country＇s high - tech industry competitiveness. Howere, the relationship between the research and development human strength and high -tech industry competitiveness is negative related. Finally, the article puts forward some suggestions that using in- tellectual property protection improves high- tech industry competitiveness.
