摘要
目的:观察辛开苦降、清热除痞类中药加味半夏泻心汤联合抗幽门螺杆菌治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例,对照组60例用西药常规治疗,治疗组60例在常规治疗基础上,结合中药半夏泻心汤加味治疗。结果:对照组60例中,显效30例,有效19例,无效11例,总有效率81.7%;治疗组60例中,显效40例,有效16例,无效4例,总有效率达93.3%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味半夏泻心汤联合抗幽门螺杆菌治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果理想。
Objective：The clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with anti-Helicobacter pylori therapy treating chronic atrophic gastritis was observed.Methods：120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 patients in each group.60 patients of control group were treated with conventional western medicine,60 patients of treatment group were given Banxia Xiexin Decoction based on the conventional western medicine.Results：In control group,30 cases markedly effective;19 cases effective;11 cases in vain,the total efficiency was 81.7%;in treatment group,40 cases markedly effective;16 cases effective,4 cases in vain,the total effective rate was 93.3%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with anti-Helicobacter pylori therapy treating chronic atrophic gastritis could get satisfactory results.
