摘要
目的:探讨降脂丸治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:将152例高脂血症的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服降脂丸,对照组口服血脂康胶囊,检测治疗前后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)等指标的结果。结果:治疗后8周两组降脂总有效率比较无显著性差异。结论:降脂丸治疗高脂血症疗效同血脂康胶囊,可以作为高脂血症患者的调脂药物。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Lipid-lowering pills in treating dyslipidemia. Methods： 152 cases of dyslipidemia were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group and the control group, and they were treated with Lipid-lowering pills and the Xue Zhikang capsule respectively. The changes of total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high density lipoprotein （HDL-C）, low density lipoprotein （LDL-C） and other indicators were detected before and after the treatment. Results： There was no significant difference between the two groups in the total efficiency after 8 weeks. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Lipid-lowering pills in treating dyslipidemia is the same as Xue Zhikang capsule did, could be used as the lipid-lowering drugs in dyslipidemia patients.
