摘要
目的探讨普通外科护理中的风险因素以及实施风险管理的影响。方法通过向患者及家属发放问卷100份，内容为对护士服务的满意度及护士静脉穿刺成功率调查，回收有效问卷100份；分析普通外科护理中可能存在的风险因素，强化风险管理，提高护理的质量。结果针对普外科护理中的风险因素，通过强化护理风险管理，提高了护理人员的风险意识，促进护患关系和谐，提高护理质量。2010年与2009年各项指标对比，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论通过护理风险管理模式可有效地预防和减少护理风险事件的发生，为患者提供更安全有效的护理服务。
Objective To investigate the risk factors in general surgical care and the influence of risk management.Methods 100 questionnaires concerned with patient satisfaction were issued to patients or their families with 100 valid questionnaires returned; we analyzed the possible risk factors in general surgical care and strengthened the risk management to improve the quality of general surgical care. Results By strengthening the risk management, the risk awareness and the quality of general surgical care were increased. In 2010 and 2009, each index contrast was found with statistical significant difference （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions By strengthening the risk management, the incidence of nursing risk events can be prevented and reduced effectively. It can also provide more safe and effective nursing service for patients.
