摘要
为了使天然气净化厂废气排放浓度满足我国即将颁布的环保新标准中更为严格的新要求,对国内现有的酸气处理技术进行升级和改进。通过全面总结国内外天然气净化厂目前酸气处理工艺技术,对比分析各类处理工艺的技术特点,探讨其它潜在的脱硫技术;结合国内外已成熟应用的工业尾气处理技术,探讨其用于天然气净化厂尾气处理的可行性;对适合国内天然气处理厂酸气处理的工艺技术的选择和新技术的开发提出了新的思考。
In order to make exhaust emission concentration in natural gas purification plants meet requirements specified in environmental protection standards newly issued in China,it is necessary to update and improve sour gas treatment processes and technologies currently used in domestic gas purification plants.Summarized are sour gas treatment technologies widely applied all over the world,comparatively analyzed are various characteristics of these technologies,discussed are other potential desulfuration technologies and proposed are new ideas for selection of more proper sour gas treatment processes and development of new technologies suitable for domestic natural gas purification plants.
