摘要
文章主要探讨中医对慢性心力衰竭的认识。慢性心力衰竭是大多数心血管疾病的最终归宿,也是最为主要的死亡原因之一。主要表现在肺循环和(或)体循环静脉系统瘀血为特征的临床病理生理综合征,在临床上出现呼吸困难、无力和水肿3大症状,是各种心脏病的严重阶段。文章以中医的角度从心衰的历史沿革、病因病机、与五脏及气血津液的关系、辨证分型、辨证施治等5个方面的研究现状做一简要的综述。
This paper mainly discusses the understanding of TCM in chronic heart failure.Chronic heart failure is the ultimate destination of most cardiovascular diseases,which is also one of the main causes of death,mainly in the pulmonary circulation and（or） of systemic venous system congestion for characteristic clinical pathophysiology syndrome,in the clinical onset of dyspnea,weakness and edema of the three major symptoms,is the severe stage of all kinds of heart disease.There is no correspond name of this disease in Chinese medicine,which belongs to the heart Bi,palpitation,dyspnea,phlegm and fluid retention,edema,abdominal mass disease category.This paper make a brief overview of heart failure from Traditional Chinese medicine in the perspective of the history,etiology and pathogenesis,the relationship between five zang viscera and qi-blood-fluid,syndrone differentiation and dialectical therapy.
