摘要
目的探讨血小板(PLT)4项参数在病毒性肝炎后肝硬化患者中的应用价值。方法选择病毒性肝炎后肝硬化患者120例(肝硬化组),健康对照组100例,使用XS-1000i五分类自动血细胞分析仪检测PLT 4项参数。结果肝硬化组PLT计数、血小板比容(PCT)比健康对照组明显减低(P<0.05)。血小板平均体积(MPV),血小板分布宽度(PDW)比对照组低,但不十分明显。结论通过PLT参数异常变化可反映病毒性肝炎后肝硬化患者PLT功能变化,并提示病毒性肝炎后肝硬化患者的预后,帮助临床诊断和治疗。
Objective To investigate the application value of four parameters of platelet in the patients with cirrhosis after viral hepatitis.Methods 120 patients with cirrhosis after viral hepatitis and 100 healthy people in our hospital were collected.The XS-1000i five categories automated hematology analyzer was adopted to detect the four parameters of platelet.Results The measured platelet（PLT） and platelet hematocrit（PCT） in the cirrhosis group were significantly lower than those in the healthy group（P0.05）,and the mean platelet volume（MPV） and platelet volume distribution width（PDW） were slightly lower than those in the healthy group.Conclusion The abnormal changes of platelet parameters in the patients with cirrhosis after viral hepatitis may reflect the changes of platelet function and also implicate the prognosis,which could be helpful to the diagnosis and treatment in clinic.
