摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定核桃楸皮中槲皮素含量。超声提取槲皮素,转无水乙醇溶解,25℃、370nm法测定吸光度。线性范围0.0464～0.232 mg/mL,R=0.9984,核桃楸皮中槲皮素的平均含量为0.28%。
Objective： Determination of quercetin of cortex juglandis mandshuricae in Mudanjiang. Methods： Extracting quercetin by ultrasound wave at 370nm on 25℃. The Extraction dissolve in absolute alcohol. Determination of quercetin with UV. Results ： The method was linear within the range of 0. 0464 -0. 232 mg/mL, R=0. 9984. Average contents are 0. 28%.
