Wnt诱导分泌蛋白-1与疾病

摘要 Hashimoto等在对大鼠突变后黑色素细胞进行RNA差异筛选时第一次发现了有一种新的基因表达,此种基因后来称为WISP1(Wnt诱导分泌蛋白-1)。随后的研究发现WISP1广泛表达在人类的多种组织器官中,但含量有所差异。研究中发现WISP1同时在调控细胞的分化、突变、凋亡及机体的应激和免疫等过程中起着重要的作用,具有促进细胞粘附、促进细胞增殖以及刺激细胞发生转移等的生物学功能,
