摘要
经济现代化是世界各国的共同诉求。在向二次经济现代化转型的进程中,长三角应当根据国内外环境的发展变化,科学选择一种有利于促进突破发展瓶颈,加快经济现代化建设进程的新的经济发展方式。文章在对经济现代化的发展方向以及改革开放三十年长三角经济发展经验进行分析总结的基础上,将新的发展方式落脚在产业结构升级与低碳经济协同发展上。接着,文章又对新的发展方式进行可行性研究,并围绕促进经济发展方式转变的主要任务提出了相应的对策建议。
Economic modernization is the aspirations for all the countries in the world. In the transforming process to the second economic modernization, according to the development of the domestic and foreign environment, the Yangtze river delta shall scientifically chooses a new pattern of economic development which could be in favor of breaking through development bot- tleneck and speeding up economic modernization process. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the development direc- tion of economic modernization and more than 30 years economic development experience of Yangtze river delta since Reform and Opening up began, this paper makes the new development mode based on the collaborative development between the up- grading of the industrial structure and tow carbon economy. Then, this paper studies the feasibility of the new development mode, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in allusion to the main task of transforming economic development mode.
