摘要
为进一步优化打叶复烤加工工艺,提高片烟质量,通过分析论证打叶复烤分组加工的分组原则及其技术基础,建立了一种全新的加工工艺。结果表明,该工艺具有工艺精细化、生产顺畅和低成本运行的特点,充分体现了分组加工的设计理念。因此,建立基于分组加工技术的新工艺,对促进生产和提高片烟质量都具有实际意义。
In order to further optimize the processing technology of threshing and redrying tobacco,and improve the quality of the strips,it has designed a new kind of threshing and redrying＇s processing technology by analyzing and demonstrating the grouping principle and technological base of redrying tobacco grouping processing technology.The results show that this kind of technology has the characteristics of meticulous technology,fluent production and lower running cost,and it richly reflects the design concept of the grouping processing technology.Therefore,to design this new kind of technology which based on the grouping processing technology,it has actual meanings for advancing the production and raising the quality of the strips.
