摘要
[目的]分析荔枝核挥发油的主要化学成分。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,并采用GC-MS对其化学成分进行鉴定。[结果]鉴定出53个化合物,占挥发油总量的60.54%。[结论]荔枝核挥发油的主要化学成分为酯、烯、萘等成分。
[Objective] The aim was to analyze the main chemical composition of volatile oil from the seeds of L.chinesis.[Methods] The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and the components of the volatile oil were separated and identified by GC-MS.[Result] 53 compounds were identified,which accounted for 60.54% of total volatile oil.[Conclusion] The main chemical components of volatile oil from the seeds of L.chinesis are ester,alkene,naphthalene and other ingredients.
