高压大功率三电平逆变系统故障特性分析与保护原理研究 被引量:1

摘要 高压大功率三电平逆变系统故障形式多样且特殊,传统主设备保护已不能完全满足要求。针对三电平逆变系统的结构特点,将其划分为交流输入、直流和交流输出三个环节,对各环节可能出现的故障及其特性进行了分析,并指出现有保护配置与原理的不足,同时对新的保护原理与实现方法进行了研究。建立了系统的故障仿真模型,并以此为基础进行了仿真分析。所提出的保护配置在6kV/1MW三电平逆变系统中得到了应用,静态模拟以及试验研究均验证了所提出的保护原理与算法的正确性。 Fault types in high voltage and high power three-level NPC inverter system are diverse and special, and traditional main equipment protection technology can not satisfy the requirement completely. This paper divides the inverter system into three parts according to its structure characteristic. They are AC input, DC link and AC output. Then the possible faults and their features are analyzed in each part. The shortcomings of the current protection configuration and principle are pointed out, and the new protection principle and realization method are studied. The fault simulation model of the system is built and the simulation analysis is conducted on that basis. At last, the proposed protection configuration is put into practice in the 6 kW1 MW three-level inverter system, and the static simulation and experimental results verify the correctness of the protection principle and algorithm.
