摘要
目的了解居民对北京市延庆县社区卫生服务的满意度,并对当前延庆县社区卫生服务的成效、存在的主要问题等进行评估。方法采用偶遇法对100名调查对象进行面对面问卷调查。结果居民对就诊环境的满意度较高,永宁和井庄居民对诊室环境的满意度间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。居民对医生、护士的满意度较高,永宁和井庄居民对医生和护士在解释病情的易理解程度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于社区卫生服务中心的诊疗费用和药品价格,近50%的居民认为较贵。94.1%的居民就诊有不同程度的报销比例。超过75%的居民认为去社区卫生服务中心就诊较放心。对于社区卫生服务中心的检查治疗项目和药品种类,约50%的居民认为相对齐全。关于社区卫生服务中心的宣教,仅有15.3%的居民认为社区机构经常组织宣教活动,总体宣教满意度评分为7.49分。结论延庆县永宁和井庄两地的居民对社区卫生服务中心的满意度较高,但在诊疗项目和费用、药品种类和价格、宣教等方面仍需进一步加强和完善。
Objective To investigate the residents＇ satisfaction about, the effects and problems of community health services （CHS） of Yanqing County. Methods A total of 100 residents were randomly met and asked to f＇d] a questionnaire （ some of them were surveyed through face - to - face interview due to illiteracy） . Results Residents generally had a high degree of satisfaction over the CHS environment, but there was significant difference between respondents＇ satisfaction about Yongning and Jingzlmang CHS environment （P 〈 0. 05 ） , Residents hada high degree of satisfaction over the doctors and nurses, but there was significant difference in the intelligibility of the explanation of the diseases by medical personnel in Yongning and Jingzhuang （ P 〈0. 05） . Nearly 50% of the respondents thought the cost ofmedical services and medications were too high. 94. 1% of the respondents had certain kinds of medical insurance.Over 75% of the respondents thought of cHs as trustworthy. Over 50% of the respondents considered the medical examinations, procedures and medications as relatively sufficient. Only 15. 3% of the respondents reported health education provided by the CHS on a regular basis, ,and the satisfaction score was 7.49 out of 10. Conclusion Residents in Yongning and Jingzhuang of Yanqing County have a high degree of satisfaction about CHS. However, the range of medical examinations and procedures, as well as medications needs to be enlarged, medical expense and medication price need to be lowered, and health education needs to be enhanced.
