摘要
目的研究1319nmND:YAG激光对大鼠皮肤Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原及其mRNA表达的影响,探讨1319nmND:YAG激光治疗光老化的机理。方法 30只SD大鼠,随机分空白对照组、光老化组及激光治疗组各10只,切取实验及对照部位皮肤行组织病理及实时荧光定量PCR检测,分别比较三组大鼠皮肤组织Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原及其mRNA表达。结果光老化大鼠皮肤组织中Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原及其mRNA表达下降,1319nmND:YAG激光治疗后表达上调。结论 1319nmND:YAG激光治疗能促进大鼠皮肤胶原的增生。
Objective To elucidate the effect of the 1319nm ND:YAG laser on collagens Ⅰand Ⅲ and their mRNA expression on rat skin.Methods 30 SD-rats were randomly divided into control group,photo-aged group,and treated group.The expression levels of collagensⅠand Ⅲand their mRNA were detected by histopathology and real-timequantitativereverse transcriptiopolymerasechainreaction(RT-PCR)detection.Results The expression levels of collagensⅠand Ⅲ and their mRNA were decreased in photoaged rat skin and increased when treated by the laser.Conclusion The 1319nmND:YAG laser can increase collagen production in rat skin.
