摘要
目的观察益气活血方对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的影响。方法将200例CAG患者随机分为2组,治疗组120例予益气活血方治疗,对照组80例予猴头菌提取物、阿莫西林、甲硝唑及奥美拉唑综合治疗。2组均治疗3个月。观察2组治疗前后临床症状积分及胃镜下黏膜颜色积分变化情况,统计2组中医证候疗效及临床综合疗效。结果 2组治疗后临床症状积分及胃镜下黏膜颜色积分与本组治疗前比较均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组中医证候疗效、临床综合疗效总有效率分别为88.3%、86.7%,对照组分别为67.5%、61.3%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论益气活血方可明显修复CAG患者受损的胃黏膜,改善临床症状,是治疗CAG的有效方剂。
Objective To explore clinical effect of Yiqihuoxue recipe on treating the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 200 cases with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=120） were treated with Yiqihuoxue recipe,and the control group（n=80） were treated by routine therapy including hericium erinaceus extract,amoxicillin,metronidazole and omeprazole for 3 months.The score of clinical symptoms and integral change of mucosal color under endoscopy were observed before and after treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and clinical effect were compared.Results The scores of clinical symptoms and mucosal color under endoscopy after treatment were obviously decreased as compared with those before treatment in two groups（P0.05）.The score in treatment group was lower than that in control group（P0.05）.The total effective rates of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and clinical comprehensive effect in treatment group（88.3%,86.7%） were superior to those in control group（67.5%,61.3%,P0.05）.Conclusion Yiqihuoxue recipe can significantly improve the damaged gastric mucosa and clinical symptoms of CAG patients,is an effective drug for the treatment of CAG.
