摘要
构建基于职业生涯规划的本科人才培养模式,应着重健全分类管理机制、分别培养机制与个性化就业指导服务机制,使大学生职业生涯规划和高校人才培养模式紧密结合,以实现大学教育与市场人才需求的最大化吻合,减少社会人力资本的浪费。
To build the training pattern of talents based on the career development planning m unlversltmS, the system of classification management, the system of separate training and the system of the individuation career guidance should be perfected emphatically, in order to combine the career development planning and the training pattern of talents in universities, with the aim to realize the market demands of talents and to reduce waste of human capital.
