摘要
本文通过回顾中国残疾儿童标准、数量、致残原因以及残疾儿童的教育、康复需求、福利保障情况,分析残疾儿童的特征,对我国残疾儿童的康复进行分析和思考,提出"十二五"期间将残疾儿童康复纳入残疾人康复工作规划、继续实施残疾儿童康复重点工程和抢救性康复工程、开拓儿童残疾康复领域、加强康复与教育的衔接等建议。
The rehabilitation issues of children with disabilities（CWDs） are analyzed in this paper through reviewing the standards,amounts,disability causes,education,rehabilitation needs and welfare situation of CWDs.Meanwhile the suggestions of putting the rehabilitation work for CWDs into the rehabilitation planning,carrying out key rehabilitation projects,developing new rehabilitation fields for CWDs,and strengthening the link up rehabilitation with education in the 12th Five-year Plan are put forward.
