摘要
再生胶和胶粉是废丁腈橡胶循环利用的主要途径和方法,尤以再生胶的应用效果最好。本研究采用动态脱硫技术对废丁腈胶粉进行脱硫再生实验,通过控制反应温度和压力,对生产工艺配方进行正交设计,得到一种与实际生产相关性较高的丁腈再生胶生产工艺。测试结果表明再生胶硫化后所得制品的性能稳定,且经济效益显著。
Regenerated rubber and wasted rubber powder are the main approaches for the cyclic utilization of the wasted nitrilebutadienerubber(NBR),especially for the application effect of regenerated rubber.This paper dealts with the regeneration experiment of waste NBR power by using dynamic desulfurization technology.A process for the regenerated NBR,with high relation to practical production,was achieved through orthogonal design of formulation and the control of reaction temperature and pressure.The results indicated that the products prepared from the regenerated rubber possess higher performance as compared with the commercial products,as well as economic benefit.
