摘要
通过分析粗纱纺纱段伸长及张力自动调节机理 ;测试一落纱伸长率分布。指出 :控制一落粗纱伸长率及其差异的大小 ,关键是设计合理的卷绕成形工艺 ,而调整好小纱张力使其伸长率较小 ,并尽量选择较小的粗纱定量和较小的捻系数 ,就可使粗纱机加捻卷绕系统对粗纱伸长率的调节和控制处于较高的灵敏状态。为进一步探讨控制粗纱伸长率及其差异提供理论依据。
According to the analyses on elongation and the automatic adjusting tension principle on roving spinning,and through the test on batch elongation\|rate distribution,this paper pointed out that,the key of controlling the batch elongation\|rate and the difference was designing a reasonable winding & shaping processing.Moreover,this paper gave some methods on adjusting and controlling the roving elongation\|rate with more sensitive condition on twisting & winding devices of roving frame,i.e,keeping lower elongation\|rate on original roving by adjusting the tension,and selecting lighter weight per unit length and smaller twist factor by every means.
