摘要
通过一起电管站火灾案例,分析了某电焊工的失火行为性质,明确了该火灾中受损单位的损失应当由谁来赔偿,从而对劳务派遣期间工作人员造成他人损害的侵权责任进行了研究。
This paper is to determine who is to pay for the losses caused by a dispatching labor based on a case in which the victim is an electrical distribution station. This paper analyzes the tort liability of a dispatching labor Zhang, and clearly defines the tort liability.
