摘要 实验选取兖州煤,在管式炉中分别在不同温度(300~950℃)下制取了原煤焦及洗煤焦,并采用傅里叶红外光谱法对原煤、洗煤及原煤焦、洗煤焦表面官能团进行分析.实验结果表明,酸洗、制焦温度和升温速率对煤结构的影响较大:酸洗对煤结构的影响主要表现在洗煤的高波数位N-H基团吸收峰、游离S-H基团吸收峰和Si-O基团吸收峰消失;制焦温度对原煤中的大部分有机基团析出有很大影响,但对Si-O基团和有机硫的影响很小;升温速率只有当温度达到一定时才会发生作用,而且升温速率对特征基团的生成是有选择性的. Yanzhou coal was used to make raw-coal char and acid-washing-coal char at different temperatures(300— 950 ℃)in tube furnace respectively,and the surface functional groups of raw coal,acid-washing coal,raw-coal char and acid-washing-coal char were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).It was found that acid-washing,char-making temperature and heating rate had great influence on coal structure.Acid-washing leads to the disappearance of the absorption peaks of N—H group at high wave number of acid-washing coal,free S—H group and Si—O group of acid-washing coal.Char-making temperature had great effect on separation of organic groups from raw coal,but had little effect on Si—O groups and organic sulfur group.Heating rate began to function only when the temperature reached a certain point,and it was selective on characteristic group formation.
