摘要
提出雷达与光学数据协同下的溢油信息提取流程以及判别准则,构建基于多源遥感信息的溢油应急协同架构.该成果可为决策部门提供科学的数据源,在大连新港7.16溢油清污中发挥了关键作用.
A quick information extraction work flow was set up and the key information discriminate criteria in the data process and information extraction were proposed,and then a synergistic program for spill response with integration of multi-source remote sensing was constructed.The results can give scientific data source for decision-makers,which played a key role in oil pollution clearance in Dalian New Port 7.16 oil spill event.
