航空精密偶件的分布式测量系统设计与实现

摘要 针对航空精密偶件设计了一种分布式测量系统,采用现场总线技术将分散在车间各处的测量仪表组成测量网络,基于容错机制设计上位机监控软件,采集零件测量数据,从而实现对测量数据的集中管理,实验表明该方案可靠性高,扩展性好,在制造现场中有很好的应用价值。 A distributed measurement system has been designed for aviation precision coupler, a measuring network composed by measuring instruments in the workshop has been made up use fieldbus technology; monitoring software for measurement data acquisition has been designed based on fault-tolerant mechanism, to achieve centralized management of measurement data. Experi- ment shows its high reliability, scalability and good value in manufacturing.
