摘要
中医藏象学说是中医理论体系的核心理论,肾藏精是中医藏象理论中肾的重要生理功能,因而"肾藏精"理论是中医藏象学重要内容。中医藏象学说中的脏腑,不仅是一个解剖学概念,更是一个概括人体一系列生理、病理学的系统。因此,中医"肾藏精"理论中的肾不仅包括肾的解剖学概念,还包括了肾的生理病理功能。文章通过运用系统论的原理分析中医"肾藏精"理论,用系统论的原理讨论肾与精之间结构与功能的关系,生理功能及病理变化规律。
The theory of visceral manifestation plays an important role in building the theoretical system of TCM. The main function of kidney is to store essence. So the theory of ＂kidney storing the essence＂ is one of the important contents of the theory of visceral manifestation. The visceral in the theory of visceral manifestation is not only a simple anatomical concept, but also a concept that generalizes the physiology and pathology of a certain system. So in the theory of ＂kidney storing the essence＂, the kidney consists of two concepts：the simple anatomical concept and functions. With the systems theory, this thesis analyzes the relationship between kidneys and essence,the laws of changes in physiological and pathological aspects.
