原因不明习惯性流产与细胞因子免疫平衡的相关性 被引量：29

摘要 目的探讨原因不明习惯性流产患者外周血血清Th1、Th2型细胞因子水平的变化及免疫平衡状态对其的影响。方法对原因不明习惯性流产患者和正常妊娠妇女在行清宫术或人工流产终止妊娠前静脉采血,用流式细胞仪检测Th1、Th2型细胞因子水平。结果患者组Th1型细胞因子(白细胞介素-2、干扰素-γ、肿瘤坏死因子-α)水平明显高于对照组,Th2型细胞因子(白细胞介素-4、6、10)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。在患者组免疫调节Th1/Th2型平衡明显向Th1型倾斜。结论 Th1/Th2型细胞因子免疫调节失衡可能是导致流产的机制。妊娠早期监测Th1/Th2型细胞因子的水平有可能作为预测妊娠结局的指标之一。
