重型胎盘早剥对母婴预后的影响 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨重型胎盘早剥对妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析山西医科大学第一临床医院收治的142例胎盘早剥患者（其中轻型组82例，重型组60例，围生儿142例）的母婴结局。结果重型组母亲子宫胎盘卒中、产后出血、肾功能损害、弥漫性血管内凝血（DIC）等严重并发症发生率均明显高于轻型组，子宫切除术率高；重型组围生儿早产、新生儿窒息、转入NICU及围生儿死亡率均分别高于轻型组。结论重型胎盘早剥孕妇病情严重，围生儿预后不佳，一旦确诊，应尽快采取措施，防止并发症，有效的防治能够改善母儿预后。
