摘要
医院内部控制的重点是资金安全,而保障资金安全的关键环节是票据管理。当前部分医院票据管理工作仍存在疏漏,已造成经济损失和不良影响。必须加强制度建设,采取有效规范的措施,强化管理,保证医院事业健康协调发展。
Hospital internal control is important to capital safety, but the key point of notes management is the capital safety. There is still oversight in the charge notes management in some hospitals currently. This causes the economic loss and bad effect. It is suggested that system building shouht be strengthened and effective and standard measures be taken to strengthen the management to ensure that hospitals, coordinating and heahhy development.
