基于ANSYS Workbench有螺栓预紧力的冲压法兰的有限元模态分析 被引量:7

摘要 冲压松套钢制管法兰(简称冲压法兰)是一种新型的非标管法兰,具有结构独特、加工工艺简单、材料消耗小等显著特点。由于缺乏相应国家标准,限制了冲压法兰的推广使用。针对冲压法兰在振动设备上使用时容易产生共振或疲劳的问题进行研究,运用Pro/E建立冲压法兰的有限元模型,通过Pro/E与ANSYSWorkbench之间的无缝连接导入,借助ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对受螺栓预紧力的冲压法兰进行受力分析,在此基础上对其进行模态分析,得到10阶固有频率、振型和应变云图。 Pressed flanges (which is short for pressed loose steel pipe flanges) is a new type of non-standard. The unique structure of the flanges can greatly save materials with simple processing technology. As the lack of corresponding national standards, the wide application of pressed flanges has been limited. The resonance and fatigue problems of pressed flange on the vibrating machine have been studied. The solid modal of pressed flanges has been built with Pro/E software, which leads in to ANSYS Workbench by seamless connection. The stress analysis of pressed flanges preload by bolt has been completed with help of ANSYS Workbench. Then modal analysis has been executed to obtain 10 ranks frequency, vibration models and stress chart.
