摘要
海外发展是一把双刃剑,既有可能给企业和个人带来收益,也有可能给企业和个人带来亏损,甚至是生命的丧失。海外发展与海外安全是国家经济发展、融入世界经济循环体系过程中无法回避而又相辅相成的问题。健全海外安全保护的各项法律制度是对中国国民海外安全最有力的保障。
Overseas development is a double blade sword,as it may bring gains to enterprises and individuals and bring loss to them as well,even cause loss of life.Overseas development and overseas safety are unavoidable and inter-supplementary issues in a country’s economic development and in the integrative process of a country’s economy into cycles in the world economy.To improve our legal systems for overseas safety is a more effective guarantee of Chinese citizens’ overseas safety.
