摘要
研究了导数荧光光谱法同时测定对氨基苯甲酸及对氨基苯甲酸甲酯的新方法 .在乙醇及正己烷的介质中 ,对氨基苯甲酸和对氨基苯甲酸甲酯的激发光谱与荧光光谱相互重叠 ,但在两者的一阶导数荧光光谱中 ,利用“零点交叉测量法”(Zero crossingmeasurement)可以同时测定对氨基苯甲酸和对氨基苯甲酸甲酯 .本文对各种测定条件进行了优选 ,方法快速、简便 ,不需要分离 ,可用于食品防腐剂中对氨基苯甲酸及对氨基苯甲酸甲酯的同时测定 .
A new method for the simultaneous determination of p aminobenzoic acid and methyl p aminobenzoate was proposed.In the medium of alcohol and n hexane,the fluorescence spectra of p aminobenzoic acid and methyl p aminobenzoate are overlapped each other.When measured with zero crossing measurement,the values of first derivation are proportional to the concentration of two ingredients.The recovery rates of p aminobenzoic acid and methyl p aminobenzoate are 98.8% and 96.7% respectively.The method has been used to determine p aminobenzoic acid and methyl p aminobenzoate in the synthetic products.
