摘要
克氏原螯虾(Procambarus Clarkii)是我国淡水养殖的重要品种,也是农民增产增收的主要途径之一。通过收集近两年进出口贸易的数据,采用统计学的方法对我国克氏原螯虾的主要市场、产地、出口类型以及未来的发展趋势等进行系统的分析,结果表明,湖北是我国克氏原螫虾出口的第一大省,而且其优势有进一步增大的趋势,美国是我国的克氏原螯虾的主要出口国。从出口结构看,目前国际需求以经过简单加工的产品为主。这提示我们今后要加强对克氏原螯虾的深加工方面的研究,开发适销对路的深加工产品,塑造克氏原螫虾高端品牌是产业获得大发展的关键。
Grayfish （Procambarus Clarkii） is not only an important freshwater aquaculture species in China, but also is one of the main means of farmers to increase income. In this paper, the author collected data on import and export trade in the latest two years, and used statistical methods to perform a detailed analysis on the major markets, places of origin, export types, and the future trends of the Procambarus Clarkii in China Results showed that Hubei province ranks the first for crayfish exports, and its superiorities have a trend of increasing further, the United States is China＇s major importer of crayfish. From the export structure, the current international demand for crayfish is simply processed product. This suggests that we shall strengthen our efforts in further processing research, and develop marketable products with deep processing, as it is crucial for industrial further development to create high-end brand image of the Procambarus Clarkii.
