摘要
烟草花叶病毒在烟草种植上为害严重。在烟草育苗前期,对育苗基质、水源、漂盘残根、育苗棚周围植物及烟草种植区病株残体、土壤用烟草花叶病毒TAS-ELISA试剂盒检测。结果表明,在水源、漂盘残根、烟草种植区病株残体、土壤中均可检测到烟草花叶病毒,在育苗棚周边8个科的14种植物中检测到烟草花叶病毒,此类毒源可能成为苗期烟草花叶病发生蔓延的初侵染源。
Tobacco mosaic virus(TMV) caused significant yield losses on tobacco production.In this paper,the nursery substrates,water in seedling production,root residues in the walls of float tray,tobacco plant debris,soil,weeds and crops around the seedling beds was detected by TMV TAS-ELISA kit.The results showed that TMV was detected in water,root residues,tobacco plant debris,soil around the seeding beds and 14 species of weeds and crops.
