摘要
选取农业总产值、农民人均经营性收入、农业机械总动力、农民人均消费性支出、电视人口综合覆盖率、受教育水平、农村固定资产投资等7个与农村商品流通业发展相关的指标,依据2001～2010年湘西自治州国民经济和社会发展统计公报相关数据,采用灰色理论,计算出了7个指标与湘西自治州农民人均纯收入间的关联度,结果显示,各指标与湘西州农民人均纯收入的关联程度从大到小依次排序为r4>r2>r1>r3>r5>r6>r7。在此基础上,结合湘西自治州实际,就如何加快湘西自治州农村商品流通业发展、促进湘西州农民增收提出对策建议。
By selecting seven indexes relevant to the development of rural commodity circulation industry that includes gross output value of agriculture, per capita income from business of farmers, total power of agricultural machinery, per capita consumption expenditure of farmers,comprehensive coverage rate of TV, average educational level and the fixed assets investment level in rural areas, by using the relevant data in Statistical Communiqu6 of Xiangxi on National Economic and Social Development during 2001 - 2010,and adopting the theory of grey correlation, the paper calculates the correlation degree between the indexes and the peasants＂ net income, and the result shows that the order from high to low of the correlation degree is r4 〉 r2 〉 r1 〉 r3 〉 r5 〉 r6 〉 rT.Then based on the result, combining with the practical conditions of Xiangxi, the paper proposes corresponding measures in order to accelerate the development of rural commodity circulation industry and improve the peasants＂ income.
